Developing Self-Awareness
I’m looking for 5 leaders or aspiring leaders to join me in a new 6-week foundation programme – Roots of Leadership: Developing Self-Awareness.
I’ll guide you through a structured coaching programme together with like-minded others so you can grow and develop together. Self-awareness is a foundational skill for effective leadership and can transform the way you show up for yourself, your team and your organisation. This programme will support you to:
- Improve Emotional Intelligence: Self-awareness is the first step toward emotional intelligence. Leaders who are aware of their own emotions and how they affect others can respond with empathy and tact. This skill nurtures trust and rapport, making it easier to connect with team members.
- Enhance Decision Making: Leaders who are self-aware are more likely to make decisions that align with their values and goals. They can better manage biases, see situations more objectively, and make choices that benefit both the team and the organisation.
- Increase Resilience: Self-awareness helps leaders recognise and manage their own stress and reactions to challenges. By understanding their triggers and responses, they can build resilience, which is critical in navigating difficult situations without becoming overwhelmed.
- Strengthen Communication Skills: Leaders with high self-awareness are better communicators. They can express themselves clearly and are more open to feedback, making communication smoother with understanding and collaboration.

Starting on Wednesday 8th January from 12.00-1.30pm, this programme will give you the foundations you need to step into the leader that you want to be.
This is a Beta programme and you will be helping me to shape and develop this programme for future iterations. Because of this, I’m offering it at the exceptionally low price of £99 (+ VAT).
