About Me

Hello, I’m Diane.
I am a multi-passionate, multi-faceted professional and I thrive on being around people with diverse experiences and perspectives. I have been so lucky in my career to experience many different roles – I am a Probation Officer, Social Worker, Psychotherapist, Coach and Author. This breadth and depth of knowledge, expertise and experience allows me a unique perspective from which to support others.
I believe in living a balanced life so outside work I love to spend time with my family and friends. I’m generally pretty full of energy and spend lots of time running and walking in the beautiful countryside.
I’m passionate about trying to work towards my highest self so I spend a lot of time in self-development. I believe it is my responsibility to break unhelpful intergenerational patterns in my own family and so I consciously surround myself with people who are like-minded.
I want to help others to do the same and to reach their highest potential. I believe that conscious communication is the way organisations and individuals can move forward with intentional awareness.

Understanding people is my main skill. I welcome all the dark shadowy aspects of ourselves and I can support you to view those with compassion.
I approach every bit of my work with loving kindness, compassion and understanding, no matter who you are or what difficulties you face.
I have extensive experience of working with men and women in my career and I have a deep understanding of how identity can shape us.
I spent my substantive career in the public sector and am now in the business world so I have a good awareness of the difficulties and tensions which can arise in those contexts.
Let’s embark on this journey together – where experience meets growth.
